The thinking behind Breeoot

Medicine
that looks
infinitely forward.

Most disease doesn't arrive suddenly. It builds for years — measurable, invisible to standard care, and largely preventable. We work in that window.

The problem

There are excellent doctors out there.
The system they work in is not designed for you.

Standard healthcare is designed for acute illness — you present with a symptom, a test is ordered, a treatment begins. For chronic conditions that will affect most of us — cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome, neurodegeneration — it arrives too late, asking the wrong questions.

The patient with an ApoB of 130 and an Lp(a) of 90 nmol/L who received a "normal" cholesterol result was told an incomplete truth. Standard LDL-C is not the right question — it's almost always the only one being asked. A GP sees patients for six to eight minutes. There is no mechanism for longitudinal health management. Breeoot is the mechanism.

A
Prevention

Prevention is not a wellness concept.

Evidence-based prevention uses the same tools as curative medicine — validated biomarkers, structured interventions — applied before a disease event, not after one. Ten years earlier, the interventions are more effective and the stakes are lower.

"The markers we prioritise are not fringe. They are the standard of leading longevity clinics at Stanford, the Cleveland Clinic and Brigham and Women's Hospital. They are simply not yet standard in most conventional practices."

B
Integration

Seeing more specialists doesn't solve the problem.
Having one physician who holds it all does.

You can see a cardiologist, an endocrinologist, a sleep specialist and a nutritionist — and still have nobody calibrating the statin dose against the metabolic finding, connecting poor sleep to elevated fasting insulin, or watching the whole picture over time. More specialists doesn't mean more integration. Who holds the full picture?

Standard model

Fragmented by design.

Specialists work in silos — no shared data, no coordinated view
Labs ordered once a year, read in isolation, filed and forgotten
Lifestyle — sleep, nutrition, fitness — treated separately from medicine
Advanced diagnostics exist, but nobody orders them for you proactively
No one connects the dots.
The Breeoot model

Integrated across every dimension.

Specialists — cardiologist, endocrinologist, neurologist, sleep medicine — coordinated under one physician
Data — continuous biomarkers, genomics, imaging and wearable data read together, over time
Lifestyle — nutrition, sleep and fitness protocols built from your actual biology, not generic guidance
Innovation + evidence — cutting-edge diagnostics grounded in peer-reviewed science, not trend medicine
One physician. Every dimension. Continuously.
C
Standards

Our clinical standards.

Grounded in the current longevity medicine evidence base. We do not offer interventions without clinical evidence, supplements without a mechanism, or certainty where the science is uncertain. Mainstream clinical science — applied at the frontier of what it currently supports.

Cardiovascular
Advanced lipid analysis
ApoB, Lp(a), LDL particle size. Not just LDL-C.
Metabolic
Continuous glucose monitoring
Two-week CGM. The test that makes glucose metabolism visible.
Genomics
Polygenic risk & whole exome
Lifetime risk across cardiovascular, oncological and neurological domains.
Longevity
Biological age (epigenetic clocks)
GrimAge and PhenoAge. A tracking metric, not just a snapshot.
Cancer
Multi-cancer early detection
Galleri cfDNA screen. 50+ cancer types from a single blood draw.
Function
Body composition & VO₂ max
DEXA + cardiopulmonary testing. The most predictive functional longevity markers.

Concierge

Medicine that comes to you.
Not the other way around.

The most expensive thing in preventive medicine is not the tests — it is the friction that prevents them from happening. Breeoot eliminates the logistical barrier entirely. Every step of the programme is designed to remove scheduling burden from the member and place it firmly with the team.

At-home specimen collection
A trained phlebotomist comes to you — at home, at the office, wherever works. Blood draws, saliva kits, urine panels. No queuing at a lab. No wasted mornings.
Wearable setup & onboarding
CGM sensors, continuous heart rate and HRV monitors, sleep trackers — shipped to you pre-configured. Your Health Navigator walks you through setup in a single call. The data flows directly into your clinical record.
Zero scheduling burden
Your Health Navigator manages every specialist appointment, lab referral, imaging order and follow-up. You receive a calendar invite — nothing more. The coordination work is ours.
Home visits when needed
For onboarding, follow-up assessments, or members who prefer face-to-face, we come to you. A clinical team member, at your home or workplace, on your schedule.
The friction is the problem we solve first.
Breeoot's concierge model means the programme actually gets done — not filed under good intentions. Compliance is not a personality trait. It is a design choice.
