Who is Breeoot for?
Breeoot is designed for people who are generally healthy and want to stay that way — not waiting for problems to surface before addressing them. Members are typically 35–65, value evidence-based medicine, and want a physician-led relationship, not a wellness platform.
Do I need to be based in Israel?
The core diagnostic and clinical program is conducted in Israel. Many members travel specifically for their baseline evaluation. We also work with international members for whom medical travel to Israel is part of broader planning.
What does the first year look like?
Year one begins with a comprehensive diagnostic baseline — imaging, advanced blood panels, functional assessments, and specialist consultations as indicated. From that data, your PHM builds a personalised protocol covering nutrition, movement, sleep, metabolic health, and any clinical priorities specific to your profile.
How is Breeoot different from a concierge medicine practice?
Concierge medicine typically means faster access to a single GP. Breeoot is a coordinated multi-specialist system led by your PHM — a senior internist — with a dedicated team spanning cardiology, endocrinology, genetics, nutrition, sleep, neurology, and more. The model is built on continuity and execution, not just access.
What does Breeoot cost?
Pricing is discussed during the consultation call, as programs are tailored to the member's profile and needs. We are transparent about costs upfront and happy to answer questions on the call. There is no fee for the initial consultation.
I've read Outlive. Is Breeoot essentially Medicine 3.0 in practice?
That's exactly the right way to think about it. Attia's framework is the intellectual foundation. Breeoot is the operational infrastructure — the physicians, specialists, diagnostics, and continuous management required to actually move your biomarkers and reduce your risk over time, not just understand the theory.
